This is his Advent Children outift, Cloudy Wolf, that is probably the only good thing Cloud has in the entire compilation honestly, because it's a pretty neat outfit. I absolutely love it. Also, his hair got less spiky.

And while the FFVII protagonist is now out of birthdays (thank god, you're not important), next we'll have another protagonist, that just so happens to be another of the emo squad, but whatever.
