You can choose to go that path or you can choose to spread out your skills. For example, if a character already has White Magick unlocked, I would assign the White Mage class to another character instead of having all of my healing ability on one character. That way most of my characters can be healing together, rather than relying on one character to heal the team.

@Akiratheone That's not crazy..With 4 White Mages, you practically won't ever die. It may take a VERY long time to beat bosses, but with so much healing power + Blink, you won't lose.

@DDyyDDyy , I am aware of FFXII Zodiac Age version. I know that's a thing. I simply mentioned that good old Ps2 version does not have the job class system of the newer versions of the game.

Also, isn't it just up to two boards that you can choose? I pretty sure I read that somewhere, and also heard people saying. How exactly does that give you 3 job classes?

Lol like I could do any of'em! I was even challenged to beat FFVI with no guides and I beated it a few hours ago with struggle, but I'm still proud that I needed no guides
