Reached the ending, it was kinda fun, albeit with some bumps in the road *Glares at sphere break*. But I enjoyed it nonetheless. I loved the dressphere system. Now I am currently doing NG+ and I just did the fiend tales for Killer Hound, YSLS-Zero, and Machina Panzer to get the Adamantite and got it on my Tonberry. Lil' guy tanks hits like a champ!

Also my team set up for the Fiend Arena is Chocobo, Red Elemental w/ Flare and Ultima courtesy of the Megiddo GG, and my Tanking Tonberry. They all have White Wind, and Full-Life; my Tonberry and Chocobo also have Moogle Curaja from the Valiant Lustre GG. I am grinding it up there for some reason, though once I get the Mascot Dressphere from Youth League's Tournament, I will go back and try to get 100%. I have heard it is a pain in the ass though.

May grind Youth League for Shmooth Shailing because it increases all stats by 5. Once I get the levels for it...

I didn't understand half of what you spoke, because it's only from that Remaster version, but I'm glad you liked it!

I still don't understand what's so bad about the game that people dislike it that much. The dresspheres are fricking awesome!

I forgot to mention Big 'Bo (My Chocobo's name) has Meteor, and all of the fiends have 1 MP Cost LMAO. Damn near unstoppable force fr.

The ability to use fiends in battle is only in the Remaster, not in my good old Ps2 version. So that's kinda irrelevant for me.

Also in the HD version from what I have heard, Cat Nip is absolutely useless because of Slow + Berserk and only slow can be countered by using a Speed Bracer, meanwhile you can literally mow down even the toughest superbosses using a Gunner + Catnip.

Yeah. My guide even gave that has a backup strategy.

A gunner at low health and Catnip, using Trigger Happy, preferably Trigger Happy Lv.3, the attacks will always cause 9999 of damage and you can attack a lot.
