Well, it depends.

Umaro has two relics for him, both to boost his strenght. One of them makes him throw a party member at an enemy to cause damage (the party member doesn't receive damage). He was always throwing Setzer to me; I think only one time he threw someone else.

Oh I remember now! He would throw Sabin and Terra a lot now that i think about it.
