If I'm not wrong, Intergrade, Yuffie's part, is just for PS5, so if anything that would be the only new thing you would get in relation to the PS4 one.

As for the Remake itself, so far there's only Midgar part, with some extra points in story, if I'm not wrong it's small details, great graphics and the combat system. Characters like Cid, Vincent and Cait Sith haven't appear yet. Yuffie just appears in Integrade, where she is the protagonist and Deepground from Dirge of Cerberus are the bad guys, namely Nero in this case.

You should probably wait for a comment of someone who has the Remake.

I'm pretty sure that the PS4 version of the game is the exact same, and you get Intergrade as a download on the PS5 regardless. I could be wrong because I don't have a PS5, but I got the game on my 4 for $30, so I would say just get that. I like it way more than the original, but yeah, it is only Midgar and they're currently making part 2.

Also this poll should have had IZJS also because it was a different version compared to ZA and OG FF12.

This is the a VII remake discussion not a XII discussion. I believe IZJS is a Japanese exclusive version that’s different between the original 06 version and the Zodiac Age version.

You should absolutely play the remake-assuming you didn't on PS4. I played the original some 20 times and the remake (what's out til now, yes) is very enjoyable. That said, I guess it should be on sale soon.

That’s what I’m thinking too, 60-70 for a remake of a game I enjoyed but wouldn’t say I love is a bit much. 25-40 definitely.
