Why Can’t I Be a Turtle (jap. カメになりたい, wörtl. Ich möchte eine Schildkröte sein) ist ein Musikstück aus Final Fantasy VII Remake Episode INTERmission. Es ist eines von insgesamt sieben Liedern, welche für die Nebenquest um das Schildkrötenparadies komponiert wurde.

Nach dem „I do too“ (bzw. dem „だけど“ in der japanischen Version) wird im Hintergrund wiederholt „Kame“ (jap. „カメ“) gesungen, was das japanische Wort für Schildkröte ist.
